Different from many competitors, Suzhou Bod pay more attention to quality control. Then we cost to purchase technical ERP management system. Each product has its own product code and related BOM form & technician data are established, which could guarantee purchase dept. and production dept. work correctly and make each production lot the same & correct. For inspection, there is the monitor inspecting on spot, Suzhou Bod also require all office clerks to inspect at certain qty every day, to make sure the quality control, and maintain company & customers' long -term benefit.
In the beginning of our factory, Suzhou Bod purchased tooling outside, but we found that purchasing tooling outside couldn't deliver goods soon and tooling quality is not satisfied. Then we invited professional technician to design a machine of processing tooling together with us. After several amending, the tooling machine now is automatic, with extremely high precision.
