SPN is a reliable and innovative partner for solutions of drive questions. We develop and produce with about 300 employees in two plants on 13,500 sqm production area in Noerdlingen. Our range of product comprises gearboxes, toothing parts, drive systems and components of the drive technology and mechatronics. Our special field are customized, on the individual customer requirments exactly adapted drive solutions. A team of sophisticated engineers and technicians is at our customers hand from the generation of the functional specification document (FSD) to the development, the design and the serial production. Our expertise does not only conclude the development and production of high-end gearboxes, pinions and toothed racks in high precision, but rather also the engineering around the activation and regulation of the corresponding drives and handling components. Besides customised solutions SPN also offers low-backlash and backlash-free planetary gearboxes in different designs. The offer is supplemented by spur and worm gearboxes which are also available per catalogue. We can grind tooth racks in one clamping operation to a length of 4 m and therefore achieve an excellent toothing quality. Tooth racks - excellent toothing quality. We can nearly fulfill every customer request regarding length, modul and drill pattern. Gear wheels - From the saw segment right up to the grinding of the hardened tooth profile, all mechanic working steps can be conducted in our production.
