Buyer should Issue ICPO + BCL to Seller. 2. Seller then gives FCO to Buyer. 3. Buyer also Signs FCO and Returns to Seller. 4. Buyer & Seller Signs Contract and within 72Hrs, and after Signing, Seller's Bank SWIFTS POP + 2% Non Operative PB to Buyer's Bank and Buyer issues Transferable SBLC to activate Seller's 2% PB. Transaction proceeds as contained on the Contract. ============================================================ On BLCO, Seller & Buyer will Sign SPA with Full Banking Coordinates.
