The SKB EP (Special Design Office for Electric Instrument Engineering), established in 1992, is a leading Russian full-cycle production company which specializes in development, manufacturing, and sale of diagnostic and monitoring devices for high voltage equipment (all types of high voltage circuit breakers and transformers).
We are the leader in this field, not only in Russia but also in the neighboring countries. The uniqueness of the elaborations has confirmed by fact that the devices are widely used in power systems, industrial and railways infrastructures in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Syria, Iran, Iraq and other countries.

All our products have test certificates according to IEC system: IEC 61326-1:2005 and IEC 61010-1:2001. Every year we have regular product testing in real objects with full-cycle of experiments. 40% of our products' parts are from well-known German, Taiwan, S.Korean, USA producers.
