In 1955, shin lee wood products has been founded by lee family. That was first furniture manufacture which doing business with American in southern of Taiwan.
In 1961, the solid wood table has been produced in shin lee. That was our first table export to American.
In 1963, the rocker was become our popular items in American. Shin lee start to make different style dinning furniture to satisfy various customer need. Like rocker, extension dining table, chair and much kind of occasional items.
In 1978, the first solid oak dinning set has been produced in shin lee. That was first furniture manufacture, which use northern American red oak to make furniture in Taiwan. No one tries to use American hard wood to make furniture in Taiwan except shin lee.
