Our company has got ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS) approval and all the processes have been strictly carried out in term of International Quality Standard System. All products are compliant with RoHS and WEEE instruction of European Union and most of them have already got some security certificates as CE and TUV. We have been authorized as "Shenzhen Hi-Tech Enterprise" by Shenzhen Bureau of Science Technology & Information and have been a director of Shenzhen Hi-Tech Industry Association.
Presently, we have already developed 3 series with 6 sorts of LED products, including LED diodes, LED modules and LED displays.
LED Diode, which can be divided into four branches:
Thru-hole LED-mainly used as various signal lamps, decoration lighting and outdoor big screen displays;
Super Flux LED-used in auto lamps, assorted advertising lighting and architecture lampion;
SMD LED-suitable for indoor & outdoor decoration lamps and indoor & outdoor full color electronic screen displays;
Hi-Power LED-good for automotive exterior and interior lighting, architectural lighting and general lighting
Our LED modules include LED flexible strips, LED waterproof or non-waterproof modules, LED strips with rigid PCB and LED boards. They are the right choices for light box, lighting decoration, sign illumination, large area backlight, instruction lighting and advertising. Our LED displays mainly contain mono-color, bi-color and full color displays, which are widely used in text or graphic information display and advertising.
At present, there are over 30 various engineers and technicians working in our company and we are always focusing on and absorbing assorted innovative and technical talents. Huge funds have been invested in all kinds of production equipment which is the most advanced in the present markets, including auto die bonders, auto wire bonders, auto sorting machines, auto glue dispensing systems, fully auto lead-free wave soldering machines, constant temperature & humidity machine and many other LED testing & aging equipment. The whole production processes are carried out in the anti-static and non-dust workrooms. With sturdy technologies and splendid innovative capacities, we can develop a new LED product as per customer's requirements within 10 days.
