Xanthan Gum is a high molecular weight polysaccharide produced by bio-fermentation. It is widely used as thickener, viscosity increaser, emulsifier, suspension agent and stabilizer in food & beverage processing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical, oil drilling & exploitation, etc. Being the second largest producer of Xanthan Gum in China, we have more than 60 years experience in fermenting and can produce 9 specifications of 4 main products series Xanthan Gum, which conform with FCCIV, E-415, GB13886-92 and SY5093-92 standards. At present, our annual capacity of Xanthan Gum is 4000 MT. We have been approved certificates of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:1996, Kosher & Halal by the end of last year and are applying for the FDA certificate (DMF Registration) at present.
