Our milling plant is situated centrally in the Colombo port & we produce finest wheat flour using the latest & modern Buhler Technology from Switzerland. Our range of products are currently being exported to many countries across Asia.
We have a range of products such as Bakers Flour, Household flour, Rotti & Noodle flour satisfying a range of bakery & end consumer needs. Very briefly the uses are as follows:
Bakers Flour: This a hard flour & the high quality Gluten allows for a range of products such as volume bread, buns etc.
Household Flour: Is of medium strength & has versatile applications such as flat breads, rottis etc.
Rotti Flour: The high quality Gluten enhances the elasticity properties as such it is a specialized ingredient for the preparation of Rottis, Parathas etc at the eateries.
Noodle Flour: This a specialized product for the preparation of regular & instant Noodles & in Sri Lanka Nestle exclusively sources from us for their Instant Noodles.
