We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of Hand Painted/ Silk Screened Wooden products, in the category of Educational/ Gift items, Toys, Home decorations, Childrens furniture, Handicrafts, etc.Selective Designs (Pvt) Limited was incorporated in July 1995, for the manufacture and export of wooden handcrafted products, such as ornaments, decorative and educational items, toys, a very wide range of papier mache products. Our Associate Company, Cranwel Exports (Pvt) Ltd., manufactures soft ornaments, stuffed toys, wall hangings and playhouses made of fabric.Our products are manufactured according to International Safety Standards using treated rubber wood, MDF board, non-toxic paint, imported and local fabric, thereby making these products safe for all ages. All our products conform to EN71 and ASTM Standards.We are registered with the Export Development Board of Sri Lanka and we are a member of the National Chamber of Exporters (NCE) and Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Sri Lanka (FCCISL). Our bankers are Hongkong & Shanghai Bank and Seylan Bank Limited.The Company manufactures and exports to two prestigious companies in the USA, namely Hallmark Cards Inc., and Pier 1 Kids/ Pier 1 Imports. In addition, our company also exports to the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, UK, Australia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Italy, Japan, Dubai.The company has a work force of around 120 direct employees.
