I build houses in order to rent out in Tanzania, Africa. I have so far built and furnished 7 homes, 1 of which I have sold. The remaining 6 I am renting. The homes are not only fully furnished but also decorated and the gardens are maintained. I am looking for venture capital in order to expand my business. You will be entitled to 50% of the companies profit if a suitable amount is brought forward in capital.
