Many of ourother ingredients are organic and local as well; always the finestquality we can find. Our chocolate flavors and recipes are evolvingall the time. The variety of herbs, spices, fruits, nuts and seedsis somewhat seasonal. No two batches are exactly thesame. Most of our products are vegan, soy and glutenfree, and free of GMO's. Wepeel, sort, roast, grind, conch, and temper small batches of beansand then mold and package each bar and bonbon by hand. By sourcinghigh quality beans and carefully crafting small batches, we areable bring out the individual flavors and nuances of eachharvest.Samaritan Xocolata products are fresh andcontain no lecithin, preservatives or artificial flavors, andshould be stored in a cool, dry place. Please NEVER FREEZE thechocolates, though in warm climates, it is advisable to keep itrefrigerated, and AVOID EXTREMES IN TEMPERATURES. Please allow thechocolate to "breathe" for up to 15 minutes before partaking. Tofully appreciate the complex flavors of our product it is suggestedthat you eat these chocolates at roomtemperature.
