Under an export management relationship, RMK Global Trading represents your products to buyers worldwide or in markets you want to target. We act as the exclusive export sales department for noncompeting manufacturers. We act in a similar fashion in foreign markets just as a sales representative or exclusive wholesaler functions for a manufacturer in the U. S. market. We typically operate under a formal agreement to "manage" your exports. We can represent some or all of your products, however in most cases we generally receive exclusive rights to sell in all foreign markets.
In some cases, we may elect to act as an Agent. In these cases we establish the marketing presence in foreign markets soliciting orders from foreign customers in the name of the manufacturer. Invoicing is done in the name of the manufacturer and we help the manufacturer with all the details of the export transaction.

Export Trading Services
As opposed to representing a given manufacturer in a foriegn market, in an Export trading capacity, we seek out and identify U. S. products in desire in a given market and then work with U. S. producers to satisfy demand. Additionally, we can perform a sourcing function searching for U. S. supplies to fill specific foriegn requests for U. S. products. Under an ETC relationship, we typically take title to the goods involved, but some will work on a commission basis.
