We Proudly introduce ourselves a leading buying agency in Tirupur,India named as Praise Merchant Services.We r exporting all kind of Knitted garments for Mens,Ladies,Girls,Boys etc to our major customers in UK,US,BELGIUM,HOLLAND etc.We well understood that u are already importing goods from Tirupur but kindly give us a chance to prove ourselves that we can handle all kinds of basic & tough styles with Very good quality more than u expected in a very short period.Pls find below our procedures in which we are following for our other customers,as we follow these procedures our Customers are very comfortable with us & we both are satisfied. 1.Once when the Order is booked Preplan for Samples & Production will be made by us & get it signed by the mfr. 2.We will be tracking the samples submission dates regularly so that we can control the delay in starting stage. 3.Samples planning will contain Labdips,Print/Embroidery strikeoffs,Fit samples,Preproduction samples & Shipment samples.Production planning contains Yarn,knitting,Dyeing, Fabric inhouse,Cutting,stitching,prt/emb,Checking,ironing,Packing & Final Inspection schedule. 4.The above mentioned planned dates will be kept as per the chart due to our very good follow up & as we choose the supplier well they will also take special care for the plan & they will keep the date fixed by submitting as on planned date. 5.We do not face any quality problems from our buyer because we will plan at first how to control quality.Once when we receive the Order sheets we will make a Fabric/Garment data sheet this sheet will consists all kind of critical issues the garment will have so this will be discussed at first how to rectify the issues,so we do not face problem in garments.For the Fabric we will allot all the Suppliers where to purchase Yarn,where to do knitting,dyeing,compacting etc.
