LA JARABA is situated in the historic spot of the same name, found between the district of Villarrobledo and El Provencio, in the heart of LA MANCHA (SPAIN), the world's biggest vineyard. PAGO DE LA JARABA has an extension of 80 ha. of own vineyards. The predominant variety of the plantation is Tempranillo, which occupies 75% of the land, and the rest is of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. That's why we are pleased to be able to offer you exceptional tri-varietal wines for your customers. Moreover, the cultivation is done in the traditional way, which includes restrictive pruning, green harvesting, blunting, rising and harvesting by hand, with a clear objective: to magnify the wine's quality.All the processes and the latest technology for the treatment, maintenance, bottling and labelling of high quality wines are integrated and available at our winery, being considered a new concept of winery in LA MANCHA, in which our customers have a leading role.
