Olivio is a Manufacturing company based in north Israel with a Norwegian branch through England, Established to provide the different markets with cold pressed high quality Olive oil from the Galilee mountains.
We strongly believe that, Olive oil and the benefits it offers are under-appreciated, and there is a lack of high quality Olive oil in the stores, which we are hoping to change.
Together with our partners, we will provide kitchens with authentic, silky Olive oil with superior quality compared to that of our competitors.
Our confidence in our quality Olive oil is originated from the Galilee Mountains, where Olive trees freely and harmonically have been covering the slopes for over 2000 years.
Grown and harvested by locals in an ideal environment, through deeply rooted traditions and methods which have been passed from older generations, and having the rain as the only source of water those trees get, resulted in an Olive oil with the purist, most genuine quality.
By introducing our oil, we are hoping to add the authenticity, taste and tang of this ancient tree right into every meal.
