The request letter must come from buyer’s bank with the bank letter head to sellers Bank and copied to the seller’s e-mail. Document to be confirmed by the buyer a. Letter of Authorization to sell the Product b. NNPC Permit to sell the Product c. NNPC Allocation – Confirmable – available OUR PROCEDURE FOR TTO CONTRACT BLCO/FORCADOS PRODUCT 1 Seller signs and seals the contract and dispatches to the Buyer in form of email. 2. Buyer countersigns the contract and dispatches a duplicate copy to the Seller in form of e-mail. 3. Buyer and Seller deposit same at their respective Banks. 4. Seller Bank Swift POP documents of allocation available in which upon the Buyer’s Bank place non operative L/C that will be activated with Seller’s Bank 2% Bond, upon confirmation by both parties Bank, Seller nominate a vessel, load and Programs in the name of Buyer register on Shell/London Screen for Buyer’s Independent verification at the expense of Buyer. 5. After confirmation of the product, Seller issues Marine ATB/Clearance to Buyer to board cargo in Togo waters, SGS Conducted. 6. Re-assignment of cargo is done in Buyer’s name and re- charter vessel. 7. Vessel sails to Buyer’s port of discharge 8. Seller’s Bank valid shipping documents, which shall include the following: A).
