A 501 c 3 non profit organization that specializes in non lethal protective oceanic / marine life research, education, whale / dolphin beaching rescue, environmental protection and remediation.We are currently working on vital educational programs that promote awareness and protection of the earth's oceans in conjunction with all marine sanctuaries.
