ODC's MissionTo provide job opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers.The ODC has been in business since 1971. What was once a small sheltered workshop now has nine divisions throughout northern Minnesota. However, the ODC is always in need of new work opportunities in order to offer a variety of jobs to our consumers. We actively seek new employment opportunities on a regular basis for both in-facility and community employment jobs.
