Ningbo Rijia Machinery CO., LTD., affiliated to Rifeng Mould Manufacturing company, is a foundry and casting machining company, located in the centre area of the Xiangshan peninsula?the eastern coastal China. Basing on the sand castins & gravity & low pressure mould designing and manufaturing, Rijia has enlarged the production range into non-ferrous metal casting, machining and assembly. Because of the rapid development, the old factory which has 9800 square meter plant and 2000 square meter office building can not provide the enough space, so a new site of 20000 square meter plant and 3000 square meter office building are under construction. Our company passed the ISO 9001 QSA in 2008. In order to improve the management we successfully passed the TS16949 and ISO 14001 QSA in 2010. Various facilities for production and examination are to support the high quality products. The testing machines such as the latest import CMM machine, one Full spectrum of direct reading , several universal electronic testing instrument?hardness tester etc. The production machines are more than ten sets of CNC, 1 low pressure casting machine, 4 sets turn-over gravity casting machine, 2 sets new model vertical type casting machine?5 sets core-box machine, ten melting furnace, 1 dis-gassing machine, hydrogen measuring instrument, new model vertical type heat treatment furnace etc. The annual output of casting is 600Ton. We got a talent group of 4 senior engineers&10 technicians who have been work for aerospace industry and have over 20 years rich experiences in mould designing and manufacture.
