Ningbo Jima Metal Product Co., Ltd is one professional manufacturer and supplier of mechanical parts and household light fitness devices. It is located in Ningbo, East China, which is one of the bases for exporting various mechanical parts and moulds.
We are specialized in custom sheet metal fabrication, Die casting, CNC machining and assembly.
Our main products include household light fitness devices, stamping parts, laser cutting parts, bending parts, welding parts, die casting parts ,CNC machining /turning parts etc which are all done in house. We began to export our products to United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Israel and many other countries since 2011.
Main equipments : Laser cutting machines, Press brake machines, Tube bending machines, Stamping machines, Welding robot, Die casting machines, CNC turning machines ,Automatic spray line etc.
QC system: All products made by us and all components sourcing from other manufacturers will be 100% inspected by our professional inspectors according to strict final inspection QA, which include material checking, visual checking, gauges checking, finishing checking and so on. Any out of specification products will be rejected by our internal quality system.
