Established in 1998, Ningbo Changhua Copper Products Co, Ltd CCPis a Hong Kongs businessman ventured with import and export right. The main business nature is OEM brass, aluminum forging and machining parts as well as communication spare parts.We produce many different kinds of products and being a specialist in manufacturing high precision parts for Telecommunication, electric power system, polymer composite materials, and home appliances accessories, etc. Parts are exported to a wide range of customers from the US, South Korea, Britain, Spain Germany and many other European countries. NingBo Changhua Copper products CO., Ltd is a fully operational plant with a solely owned property. It takes one hour driving from Ningbo airport and 15minutes from Ninghai train station. The services we provide include product & tooling design, tooling fabrication, CNC machining, surface finishing (electroplate) and sub-assembly. There are 7 buildings and total building area is 20,000 square meters. There are currently 400 employees.We offer a wide range of services including precision CNC machining, leak test, and sub-assembly. CCP enjoys latest technology, facilities, and measurement equipments in all of its operations. The factories have equipped with more than 16 sets of forging machines and Extrusion Machines and 100 sets of CNC machining centers which are imported from Japan. The machines press range from 63 ton to 250 ton.Measurement equipments like optical tool pre-setters, functional gauges, salt spray test machines, spectro-analyzers, and Form Testers effectively facilitate a high standard inspection quality standard.
