Our plastic extrusions can be run using a variety of materials including PVC, polycarbonate, acrylic, polypropylene, ABS, polyethylene, polystyrene,nylon and many more. We may also be able to adapt our equipment to meet your unique plastic or rubber needs. We also do co-extrusion (the joining of two or more materials into one part to make it more versatile, cost efficient, or to better meet your customers' needs).Our specialty is profile extrusion. We have the capabilities to implement one or several polymers in producing your custom profile extrusion through extrusion and co-extrusion. We can produce pipe, tubing, or unique profiles that range from 1/4" dia. to 20" wide profiles, and lengths ranging from 1" to 60'. The extra long lengths we offer are ideal for seamless extruded components for semi trailers, buses, etc.
