In 2008, we successfully developed self-floating single-frame and double-frame oil hoses, which have been certified by International authority organization. They have already been put into large volume production. Our company has complete supporting facilities and inspection devices: 2 sets of 100L Banbury Mixers and 3 sets of 55L Banbury Mixers. 4 self-floating plants and 10 common rubber hose plants are used in our factory. The capacity of short hoses can be over 40 pieces and the output of floating hoses with inner diameter of more than 700mm can be 3-5 pieces per day. There are over 20 big scale docks and the coastal docks using our rubber fender products. And the Super arch fenders and the plus long rubber fenders are in great demands. The total sales volume reached 60 million US *s in 2010. Products worth 20 million US *s were exported to foreign countries. Our company has 5-year exportation history. The products are mainly exported to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Japan and other countries.
