Our Co. is producing Xtrabond extender as an additive for Urea Formaldehyde/Phenol Formaldehyde Resign for making different grades of plywood, which includes special chemicals, extenders and fillers to get better bonding and tackiness.It replaces the wheat flour, GNCP , TSP , CSP or any other chemicals, which you are using at present in making glue.The cost benefit in using our product is huge in terms of its advantages viz: 1) The addition of Xtrabond-UF in place of wheat flour is hardly 25-30% of what you are using currently.2) You get higher coverage of the glue when Xtabond extender is used. It increases moisture resistance and gives a better coverage due to smoothness of glue. The Glue Line cost is reduced because of lesser use of adhesive.3) It can reduce your pressing time thus increasing your productivity. 4) Reducing the formaldehyde emission to an extent.5) As traditional wheat flour is edible in nature, there is a lot of pilferage by the factory labourers. You do not have to face that problem of pilferage in case of Xtrabond as it is not edible.
