The senior partner has 75 plus successful closings in the past 4 years. The Joint Venture will be the ENTRANCE BUYERS and EXIT SELLERS. These transactions can be completed within a very short period of time, often less than 10 days. The Joint Venture is between Fuel Buying Company, MAI INC, and the Investor bringing in the funds. Exit Buyer(s): We have many buyers of the oil products Our Company has already lined up exit buyers with contracts to resell the product at Platt and above Platt. Seller(s): We have direct access to 14 Sellers of the oil products that have already successfully worked and closed transactions via our Exit Buyer(s). Investing Party(s): Investor will provide the funds to allow the purchase of the oil product by the Joint Venture Partnership. We are asking for you as an Investor to provide funds in the amount as low as one hundred million ($100,000,000) to five hundred million ($500,000,000) or more.
