Lunar motors p. Limited is a small scale DC motor manufacturing pioneer, since its establishment in 1968. Our products are mainly of DC micro motors, DC geared motors, AC synchronous motors & AC "D" frame and "C" frame Shaded Pole Motor. Our motors are widely used in radio controlled model cars / boats, massagers, medical appliances, office equipments such as currency counting machine, cordless tools, garden sprayers, automatic bird & animal feeding machine, vending machine, rotating light, air conditioners / coolers & many more such applications.
Started with the production of just 2500 motors per month, we are now producing millions of motors per year with over 50 different models. The motors are manufactured under strict quality control at most competitive price.
The company is spread over 15, 000 sq. Mt. Surrounding land with 15, 000 sq. Ft. Of factory building. Having workforce of qualified and experienced engineers, skilled workers and excellent process machinery & testing equipment. We assure best quality in each and every motor produced. We have all the facilities in-house for manufacture of DC motors. We have sheet metal process machinery like high speed press, power presses for emboss and deep draws, cutting & bending machines.
With our own tool room, we make all the dies for new developments, which includes plastic molding dies & steel process dies which are of progressive & transfer method. We have our own molding machines, winding machines & high-tech testing equipment.
