Manufacturing capabilities of Laketronics include heavy cable to fine 32 gauge wires, coax, multi-conductor & ribbon cables, podding & other sealing capabilities, micro soldering, all military, telecom & aerospace wiring. Laketronics also has the capability for high volume or high mix custom control panels & control assemblies, Chip burning, software installation & full testing of control panels. Many types of electromechanical components available including circuit boards, circuit protectors, displays, heat sinks, magnets, meters, pumps, relays, sensors, solenoids & switches. Electromechanical assembly operations include chip burning, DoD & aerospace certified soldering, podding, precision soldering, sealed enclosures, welding. Kanban & stocking programs including JIT programs available. Pre-production, samples & proof of design of the final design to be used in manufacturing.
