We are qualified manufaturer started on 2011 established by an experienced team working in braking parts field for over 20 years. Thanks to hard working of the whole team and trust from our customers, we are now supplying to many famous brand in European and USA market.
Our yearly capacity of brake disc and drum is 1.8million pieces and of brake pads is 1million sets. The free capacity for brake disc and drum is 0.5million pieces and for brake pads is 0.4million.
Weichen has complete production line including full equipments lab, casting foundry, machining, balancing and edge-marking, Marposs testing, Geomet painting line and packing.
Our pads branch was constructed by drawing and instruction of our engineer from Canada. He now stays 8 months a year to research our pads formulation. Now we have semi-metalic, ceramic, ceramic with low copper and ceramic no copper totally 9 different formulations.
We got our TS16949 certificate on Jul. 16th, 2013. And we passed the brake disc and drum factory audit of FAKT Germany by the end of 2014 and passed 800 different references of ECE R90 testing till May., 2016.
