Kossan's 2012 net profit of RM104.5m was in line with our and consensus expectations. Margins from the glove manufacturing and the TRP divisions continued to expand in 2012. We believe margins could sustain in 2013 on the back of favourable raw material costs, healthy demand growth and better plant efficiency. Maintain BUY with a higher target price of RM4.12
