Mt, Spot or Contract.Any request must have LOI/BCL to be consider.Procedures:1 Seller issues FCO.2 Buyer signs and returns the Full Corporate Offer and B.C.L. together with his bank coordinateincluding bank officers names.3 Seller issues Draft Contract to implement this agreed contract after signed copies exchanged,the transaction and verification must proceed in a timely manner.4 Buyer and Seller execute this draft contract via email or fax confirmed with hard copies byDHL or equivalent courier.5 Buyer Bank issue pre-advice instrument financial and send seller.6 Seller verifies and acceptance instrument financial, and confirm acceptance buyer + Proof ofproduct and/or poof of property or receipt of storage with Date and name of the productstorage.7 Within ten (10) banking days max, buyers bank shall open non operative L/C in favor of theseller.8 The seller, within ten (10) banking days, issue P.B to activate the L/C9 Delivery commences and is executed as per agreed schedule.
