K-engineering spa produces synthetic lenses since 1985 in Italy for industrial and professional applications where it is required an high optical precision with luminous source of low and medium power.The great experience in production of synthetic lenses for leader worldwide constructors of sensors, reader of Bar Code, optical encoder, applications for optical fiber, optical interface, infrared applications, optical and digital instrumentation, interface for photodiode and phototransistor, laser diode and much more, allows us to produce at high standard quality but at very competitive price and now we manage to produce more than 23 millions of pieces per year (2004 ).K-engineering introduces with great enthusiasm and hard work, for a new challenge of the Made in Italy, a new line of lenses with optical collimators studied for Power LEDs from 1 to 7 Watt.The planning is dealt with the minimum details by K-engineering planners ( imagine ) together with help of some of the major European project’s centres in optical field.We have our own software to study the mould’s injection ( 100% produced inside our company ), we use new technologies leaving the traditional plastic injection, and we get also the matured experience in more than 20 years of work. This lead us to the realization of advanced technological products and high standard quality.All products are tested each by each in a dark room to check the efficiency of the virtual simulations and to increase his own archives that allows an even more precise technique of projection and production.K-engineering puts at the same time planning, production, logistics giving the customer the opportunity to have a unique reference for all aspects regarding realization and management of custom products.
