The company introduced Germany 2600mm high accuracy degree alloy aluminum plate hot rolling production line, 1850mm four rolls, 2050 six rolls cold rolling production line,wagstaff big slab ingot foundry equipment. The hot rolling line was started smoothly on Dec.28th,2012. The products include alloy aluminum heavy and medium plate, carriage and car body plate, and pop can and tab materials, production specification is 2.4/15mm*970/1850mm whole series coiled material, coiling diameter below 1900mm, roll weight under 12500KG hot rolled coil; width within 2000mm, thickness within 150mm hot rolled alloy aluminum heavy and medium plate; cold rolling can produce suitable hot rolling materials specification within 0.12/7mm*1800mm whole series coiled material and plate materials, annal yield can reach 150,000 tons. The products were widely used in petrochemical industry, electronic apparatus, high speed train, sailing and marine, space flight and aviation manufacture industry, pharmaceutical and food package, building curtain wall, medium-to-high grade cars and buses, truck plate and body and so on.
