All our products are made with an exclusive high pressure process that safely eliminates the threat of harmful bacteria without sacrificing nutrition or taste. Our products are inspected and approved by Senasa - Peru official veterinarians. To ensure our product quality, all operations including preparation, cooking and drying are done inside a sterile, air conditioned environment.
