Froman idea of two young students of "Margaritone Institute" in Arezzo,in 1972 over an initial area of 160 square meters, the productionof SPRING RINGS, GRUMETTA, ROLO', FORZATINA and CLASPEDchains starts (chain's production was stopped few yearslater).The new company gets immediately great results, leading to ITAM'scurrent location in 1979, with an area of 2,500 square meters.In Manciano headquarters, we continue to develop the starting idea,increasing the range of products, andadding clasps (1983), beads(1985), endcaps (1986);thenchains,like beadchain (1988), snakechain, popcornchain(1993), solechain (2001), torochain (2003), etruscanvenezianachain (2004), tulipchain (2006), superlight,laser cut and satinbeads (2007), ultralightbeads, diamond cut beads, fantasy beadsandfinally foxtailand rolchain (2009).After getting a Certificate as qualifiedtechnicians and a Degree in Economics and Business Management, thesons of the owners entered in the company in2005.nthe thirty years which have elapsed since the factory in Mancianowas founded, the structure has been growning up to thecurrent 20,000sheltered square meters, in the middle of an areaof 10hectares, and whereabout 180employees work.The company is dividedinto sectors: administrative-trading, engineering,electronic, metallurgical, productive. Each sector is dividedinto departments, which are subdividedinto lines.Even at this stage of its history, ITAM carries on pursuing theachievement of the first idea, focusing ondeveloping newmethods of production, supported by continuous investmentin newtechnologies.
