Seller move product from Storage facility to loading Port andloads the Vessels and does Q&Q as per Cargo and Full POP,freight Prepaid to Rotterdam Fuel to be discharge in BuyersTanks, Seller issues DTA to Buyer as & when Fuel is dischargedin Buyers Tank. Buyer does Q&Q and send copy to seller forfinal CI, makes 100% payment based upon quantity indicated onSGS report, charges for SGS is on Buyer account. 5A. Seller transfer Full Title in Buyers name for paidfull. 6A. Seller and Buyer Pay Commission to all Parties against IMFPAagreement. On CIF basis: 4B.. Seller Obtain POF Verification Result and move product fromStorage facility to loading Port and issue Dip Test AuthorizationLetter(DTA), Fresh SGS, Tank receipt, Transaction passport andSeller Open 2%PB and Seller start loading and issue shippingdocuments and title ownership documents to buyer and Buyer contactthe captain on board to confirm the estimated time of arrival(ETA)and current position of the said vessel 5B.Upon arrival of the vessel at discharge port after SGS or CIQconducted at discharge port then Buyer make payment via T/T toSeller bank account for cargo quantity 6B.Seller and Buyer Pay Commission to all Parties against IMFPAagreement. For Monthly delivery 7.Seller issue Contract to Buyer for Monthly Delivery 8. Seller Open 2%PB for 12 Months deliveries shipment and BuyerOpen RDLC to seller for 12 Months shipment 9.Delivery Commences a s Per Contract and Buyer release payment toseller bank after inspection at discharge port 100% payable foreach shipment within 7 banking days upon the cargo passed SGS orCIQ and receipt of all the relevant payment documents for cargo atdischarge port . 10. Seller and Buyer Pay Commission to all Parties against IMFPAagreement.
