We monitor process with reference to Control limits. Control limits are derived using Technical data sheet accepted by customer & Statistical process control.
Our Product range includes;
1. SS spunbond fabrics in 100% PP ranging between 10 to 150 GSM available in both White & Colors as per customer requirements. Suitably treated with Hydrophilic, Hydrophobic, Zonal, Anti static, Soft finish etc. Used as Top & Back sheets in Diapers & Feminine hygiene products. This line is 3.2 mtr wide for slitting.
2. SMS spunmelt fabrics in 100% PP ranging between 10 to 70 GSM available in Blue & Green colors for Medical applications. Useful for making Barrier leg cuffs, Surgical gowns, drapes, face masks, shoe covers, galosh etc. This line is 1.6 mtr wide for slitting.
