Innovative Concepts of Fragrance, Inc., is a firm located in Western NY. Currently, we are launching two exciting ventures into the fragrance industry, which will be known as 4pla and Nostalgia respectively. 4pla and Nostalgia are unique products, looking to combine music and fragrance as never before. We have branded it the fragrance melodies, because we will combine a fragrance compilation with a music compilation, in order to introduce the new sound and scent for that year.
