plastics. TPR elastomer is one of the substitutes of environmetally
hazardous PVC. It could be processed by injection, extrusion,
blow-molding and casting. The combination of its rubber-felt,
soft-touch, tough, long elongation characteristics and thermoplastic
processing nature renders a variety of creations.
We supply the following environmentally safe products :
1. THERMOFLEX B SERIES : handgrips, toys, soft-tubes, sucklers, wheels, diving
accessories, gift & novelty items, daily articles etc. (shore A 10 - 95)
2. THERMOFLEX E SERIES : soft items (shore A 0 - 45), PE/PP
overmolding, handgrips, soles, gift & novelty items, * toys, health items, daily
articles etc.
3. THERMOFLEX F SERIES: overmolding on nylon, ABS and PC.
4. EPOXY AHDESIVES SERIES : metallic badge / belt / button accessories,
key-holders, ceramics / wooden handicraft etc.
5. JELLY WAX SERIES : ordinary transparent gel candle grades, rubber-felt transparent grade, low melting point (below 100 Deg C) transparent grades, DIY gel candle grade.
