History
During the first 80 years since establishment in 1895, HEMMI provided diversified quality slide rules (as predecessor of function calculator) to worldwide technicians and users in varies fields. In 1960's HEMMI's slide rule achieved market share of 98% in Japan and 80% in the world.
Since 1970's, by utilizing technology accumulated from slide rule manufacturing and persistence on quality, we successfully transferred into manufacturer of printed circuit board, fluid control devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment and analytical & testing equipment for Japanese industry.
Current Main Products
Hemmi's products are equipped in equipment and systems of large manufacturer in Japan with high evaluation and widely adopted by users across world.
PCB: circuit design, PCB manufacturing and parts assembly used for power supply, telecommunication, disaster prevention, railway safety & monitoring system and energy related equipment.
Industrial Equipment: compact precise fluid control devices (valve, pump and flow controller) and large-sized semiconductor manufacturing equipment and system (MOCVD, LPCVD, diffusion systems etc.)
Analytical & Testing Equipment:
Catalyst testing equipment, gas analyzers based on gas chromatography and small single-cell fuel cell testing device.
Plants
Higashimatsuyama Plant : As UL and ISO certified factory, the Plant is mainly for manufacturing PCB. Barcode system is adopted to manage from order receiving to shipment. It's easy to trace each product and check its status of every process. We have etching line specialized for thick copper foil PCB, optimal for high current density boards e.g. power supply, electric automobile and robot. PCB manufacturing line uses purified water equivalent to drinking water to ensure product quality and reduce impact to environment at minimum level.
Misato Plant: The Plant is mainly for manufacturing fluid control devices and semiconductor manufacturing equipment & system. We adopt Sales/Production system to ensure efficient management from initial purchasing to final shipment. To maintain high precision and quality of product, components are cleaned by environment-friendly washing system. Wiring-Assembly-Testing are conducted in fully equipped clean-room with class of 1,000-10,000. Team in Misato has strength in fluid controlling, vacuum equipment, instrumentation technology and system design to be able to offer total solution from R&D, manufacturing to performance testing as per customer's specific requirement.
