Hang Seng Development (Int'l) Ltd (named 'Hang Seng' below), formerly known as 'Hang Seng Laser Audio & Visual Co.', was founded in Hong Kong in 1994. Despite the company changed its name since 2006 for the business development, the associates of the company still remains unchanged.
Hang Seng started dealing with Analogue and CDMA mobile phones since 2002. Throughout all these years, our business has expanded greatly and become one of the major players in the used mobile devices trading business. Our staffs are highly experienced with up-to-date knowledge on the products and markets. With the strong and efficient operation team, we managed to process and resale over 2 million units of mobile devices a year. The annual turnover of the company has now exceeded US$120 million.
Hang Seng purchase directly from the major global telecom operators and recycling companies all over the world. We have long term relationship with our suppliers (partners). We setup regular meetings and company visits to our partners every year. This ensures Hang Seng has sufficient and steady supply of products to meet the diversified needs of customers. After over 12 years of operation, Hang Seng has gained good reputation in the business and established a strong customer base.
