Based on “OPC Industrialization project” which is one of the key high-tech projects of National 863 program of China, Handan PhotoC Technologies Co., Ltd was established in June 2000. It is jointly invested by Hanguang Machinery Plant, China Ship Building Industy Corporation, Institute of chemistry of China Academy of Science. PhotoC develops from the Selenium Drum Manufacture Division of Hanguang Machinery Plant which began to manufacture drums and toner since 1970’s and cooperated with Sanyo in 1970’s and Konica in 1980’s to provide them the OEM supplies. Up to now, PhotoC has accumulated more than 30 years’ experience of developing and manufacturing drums, toner and other consumables alike.
