Beginning 2000 our Liaoning Province factory started producing Boron series products such as Borax and Magnesium Sulphate. At the beginning we only serve these two products for China Local Market and after running about two years, we consider to expand our market to foreign markets, at that time because of the Government Regulations, we as a factory could not apply the export license and must export our products through trading company (only trading company can get the export and import license).Since 2004, the Government Regulations about applying Export & Import License had changed; factory could apply their own Export & Import License and also the private owned company could apply Export & Import License. We already had planned to establish one Trading or Export & Import Company and start to consider several big cities in China for our company base. And after deeply consideration from many conditions at last we pick up Guangzhou City as our base. The reasons why we picking up Guangzhou City as our base are because Guangzhou City was the first city in China that opened the gate of the doing business with outside world . After new company established, our factory could concentrate in arranging the production and take good care for the quality control and new established company will deal with shipping company for the freight, signing contract with our valuable customers all over the world.The founder of our company are Mr. Jiang Jian Xiong and Mr. Stewart Jiang, both Mr. Jiang already had Export & Import business experiences for more than 10 years especially in Chemicals and it is the reason that our main business are Chemicals.
