GMT Global Corporation is a trading concern of specialty chemicals. We supply a range of high density, high melt point oxidized polyethylene waxes which find applications in a wide variety of industries, such as floor polish, OPV, PVC, ink and coatings. GMT will discontinue to produce the GMT-1200 Series in the first half of 2008 because of the raw material supply problem. GMT produces GMT-1800 Series as alternative that is very similar or superior to the GMT-1200 Series in wax properties and performances. For the existing customers, we will keep supply the GMT-1200 Series for one year until June 2008. GMT has entered into a long-term strategic supply agreement with Honeywell and Honeywell is the exclusive marketer of the GMT high density waxes outside of Korea. We are excited to be gaining the resources and commitment of Honeywell on a global basis, and we feel this will benefit our customers.
