Dear Sirs We are the mandate of the end-buyers in China for petroleum products. Our buyer's requirements are as follows (any of the following) - all 12 months contracts: 1) LPG 20,000 to 60,000 MT per month CIF China. Maximum vessel size 20,000MT2) CST-180 200,000MT per month CIF China. Maximum price US$400 per MT3) M-100 200,000MT per month, 100,000MT to Amsterdam and/or 100,000MT to China, both CIF basis4) Diesel FOB Amsterdam (I am not sure of the volume requirements, but please let me know if you have availability) Please indicate availability and best pricing for the above products. As you would expect, no advance payment is possible. Buyer can provide DLC as payment security. Prior to issuance of the DCL, the buyer prefers to issue an MT199 rather than an MT799 to confirm that it has sufficient funds to open the DLC. If possible, the buyer would prefer to issue the DLC to the end seller (so that the DLC does not have to be transferable), but this is not essential.
