THE FUTURE MINING CONSULTANTS TEAM CAN RENDER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES IN TERMS OF THE MINERAL AND PETROLEUM RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2002 (ACT 28 OF 2002)
* Mining Right applications (including all documents required in terms of the MPRDA and regulations in force thereunder).
* Prospecting Right applications (including all documents required in terms of the MPRDA and regulations in force thereunder).
* Mining Permit applications (including all documents required in terms of the MPRDA and regulations in force thereunder).
* Environmental Management Programme upgrades attached to old order mining rights, including the revised quantum regarding financial provision for rehabilitation.
* Amendments to already submitted Social and Labour Plans and Mining Work Programmes in respect of applications for conversions into the latest for the DME acceptable format.
* Social and Labour Plans and Mining Work Programmes and audit reports regarding same, as well as Financial and Technical Ability Reports, Financing Plans, Regulation 2(2) Plans, Geological Maps, Locality Maps, etc.
* Scoping Reports, Environmental Management Programmes and Environmental Management Plans i.t.o. the MPRDA and public participation for the EIA process.
* Specialised investigations pertaining to the ownership of mineral rights held under the old dispensation on all classes of minerals and land (including old order mining rights and tailings on formally proclaimed mining land).
