Started its business since 1980, Fulian has expanded its trading business into manufacturing business with the acquisition of the popular toothpaste brand - Raiya in 1990.
Since then, besides carving a niche market with its core product, Raiya toothpaste, an established brand since 1962, Fulian has successfully expanded its production line into the Junior range of oral hygiene products as well as the REVIVE brand hair care products. Today, the company takes pride in its high quality products which have become household names in Malaysia. The REVIVE hair care products which is the most popular brand in the domestic market especially, has established a strategic presence both in West and East Malaysia market.
From a small factory, Fulian (M) Sdn. Bhd. has transformed into a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant situated at the Bukit Minyak Industrial Park, Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang in 2007. The plant is equipped with modern and sophisticated facilities and has complied with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines set forth by the National Pharmaceutical Control Biro of Ministry of Health Malaysia. This GMP compliance is a testament to Fulian's goal to provide superior quality personal care products to meet the ever-changing needs of the consumers.
