1. The shape and size of clay bricks are not uniform while that of our machine made fly ash bricks are completely uniform and thus same costly mortar.2. There is always loading and handling loss ( approximately 10% ) in red bricks whereas it?s negligible in our bricks ( less than 0.02% ).3. In traditional burnt clay bricks plaster is a must whereas in our bricks direct Paris can be applied.4. The water absorption in clay bricks varies a lot and some times is more than 20% whereas in fly ash bricks its less than 20%, thus it reduces chances of damp, salinity and wetting.5. The weight of fly ash bricks are comparatively less and thus save transportation and labor charges. Further more red bricks require water treatment before use which is not required in cement fly ash bricks which again save labor.6. In case of color wash, if wall is made of red bricks then plaster is a must but if wall is made of fly ash brick then it can be directly applied on exposed wall surface.7. Both clay bricks and fly ash bricks are of the same size, i.e., 230 / 110 / 75 (mm) and so red bricks can be easily replaced by our bricks without any kind of problem.
