6 decades of illustriousness in rice trading can conveniently beattributed to the groundbreaking efforts of the founder of KarimKarobar Company: the late Sheikh Abdul Aziz. Our progenitor was aman of great repute in the mercantile guild back in his day andgarnered the vision of establishing a rice trading business innewly formed agricultural country of Pakistan in the year 1948.The late sheikh Abdul Aziz had humble beginnings and even as hisbusiness flourished, he never left his grip on patience andforbearance. He set up his retail trading shop in Dandia Bazaar,which to date remains the central trading hub for grain merchants.The standards set by Karim Karobar Company were unparalleled in thelocal markets and over time the name Karim’s became synonymous withthe highest level of quality in the rice trade; and gained thetrust of rice merchants.
