(d) metal forming
(i) as sintered condition
1) sintered pellets in 6 grades percentage of cobalt varying
from 6 to 26 and in 3 grades percentage
of nickel varying from 6 to 15 dia 10mm to
163 mm and heights from 2 mm to 150 mm
with l/d ratio of 5 for small sizes and 1
for large diameters
2) rods& flats in different grades sizes varying from 3
mm to 25 mm and lengths upto 350 mm
3) seal rings in both cobalt and nickel binders sizes
upto dia 163 mm.
4) wear parts in various shapes, styles, grades with
limitation of sizes as above.
(ii) in finished conditions
1) bar& tube round, squares, hexagon shape bore
Drawing dies diameters upto 90 mm including floating
plugs
2) seal rings finished to ground condition except
lapping
3) powder very intricate shapes and varying sizes
Compacting dies made to very close tolerances of +/- 5
& core rods m and polishing by lapping to 0.8 m cla
4) wear parts to very close tolerances in various sizes
and shapes ground to tolerances +/- 5 m
mm and lapped to 0.8 m cla
