~~ Company Profile Established in 1983, Edushape today is a leading manufacturer of Educational toys and games. Our variety is very diverse and ranges from toys intended for toddlers’ -early learning, through Water Play (TubFun, Magic Creations & Tub Art), to construction play, teaching tools and Creative Play. Edushape’s heart and soul are in Israel, where the headquarter, design and development team, global marketing team and our manufacturing plant and warehouse are located. Edushape USA, our sister company, was established in 1991 to centralize marketing and distribution to the North American (USA, Canada) market, and is located in New-York and is responsible for all of Edushape’s activity in North America with a large warehouse enabling us to give the best possible service to that market. All of Edushape’s products are designed in-house by our design team, taking into account the materials, the design, the properties of the product and its target group, always looking to innovate and improve, while making sure that all our products are of the highest quality and up to the latest standards. Manufacturing of our items is divided between the Far-East (F.E. – China and Taiwan) and Israel with the majority today being manufactured in the F.E. – under our design and supervision. Edushape has been operating a local office in HK in charge of testing, manufacturing process, contact with factories and logistics assistance for the past few years, and recently in 2007 also opened our HK showroom in that office. The above opened new frontiers for Edushape enabling us to supply directly to our customers in the USA, Australia, and Europe without the necessity of sending to our warehouse in Israel (thus allowing for more competitive prices!). Edushape still maintains its local factory here in Israel as well as our warehouse which holds all of our items, and serves the purpose of supplying to smaller customers, European companies, or customers requiring immediate assistance. With all the developments of the recent years Edushape remains committed to its values and maintains the best possible service, innovation in its products design, quality control, and working closely with our customers, thinking of ways to answer their needs in the best possible way (be it design, private label, special products, special Qty’s etc.).
